Cuban Dominoes

Dominó Cubano · Double nine · Four players · To 100

The game your family plays, on every screen you own.

Partners across the table. La salida decided by the draw. El trancado settled by the lowest hand. First side to a hundred. Real Cuban dominoes, with the rules nobody bothered to simplify — and opponents who structurally cannot see your hand.

The iPhone and Android versions are the same game, built for a phone held sideways — the table turns landscape the moment you sit down at it, and stands up again when you leave.

Your own table

Start a private table and send one friend a link. The house fills any empty chairs, so two of you is already a full four-handed game.

Invitations

One link. Every app your friends already use.

Start a table and the game gives you a single web link. Send it however you already talk to people — WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, email, a group chat, or just paste it somewhere. There is nothing to sign up for on the other end.

On a computer

The link opens the table in the browser. They are sitting down in seconds.

On a phone with the app

The link opens the app directly at the table — no code to type, no copy and paste.

On a phone without it

The link shows them the table, the room code, and where to get the app. The table is still waiting when they arrive.

And under all of it, a six-character room code that works read down a phone line and typed by hand. Technology fails; a code shouted across a kitchen does not.

Where things actually are

Honest status, not a countdown.

We would rather you knew exactly what you can play today than clicked a button that goes nowhere.

The rules we play

Cuban, not "dominoes with a Cuban theme".

  • Double-nine set, four players, fixed partnerships sitting across from each other.
  • Play runs counterclockwise.
  • No drawing from the dead pile. If it does not play, you knock.
  • La salida is decided by the draw — not by whoever happens to hold the double nine.
  • A trancado is won by the single lowest hand, not the lower team total.
  • First side to a hundred takes the match.

These are settled house rules, not defaults waiting to be corrected. The full company and legal details are on thecubandominoleague.com.
